USMLE Step 1 Test Prep

If you are considering training or licensure in the United States, you will need to pass the USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3.

This programme helps students succeed in US licensing examinations and in clinical rotations. Led by master teachers with real-world experience in the US and the UK, this 50-hour programme is a series of lectures, quizzes, interactive learning, peer-to-peer teaching opportunities, role-playing games, and structured guidance. Teaching is delivered live online and in small groups. Units are organized in the way the licensing exams are organized, and in the way physicians complete diagnoses: one organ system at a time. The format is designed to build on preclinical knowledge while exposing students to standard UK and US clinical practices.

The methodology and content organization is based on teaching experience at the medical schools of Cambridge University, Columbia University and the City University of New York.

We believe our programme offers higher-quality, more personalised teaching at a lower cost than existing test-prep options. Our focus is on adaptability to individual learning needs and efficient use of students’ time.

If you are motivated to join a Spring or summer 2026 Step 1 cohort, please email us for further details.
